Subject: Grant of change of land use permission for setting up of Warehouse (Agro produce) in the revenue
estate of village Naultha & Jondhan Kalan, Tehsil Israna, District Panipat – Adani Agri Logistics
(Panipat) Ltd.
Permission for grant of change of land use for setting up of ware house (Agro produce) over an area measuring 90015.623 Sqm (after
excluding an area measuring 21744.233 Sqm falling within 30m green belt) comprising Khasra no. 159//5/1min, 6, 7min, 13/1min,
13/2, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19min, 20/2min, 22 & 23/1 Village Naultha & 2536/1, 2537/1/1, 2537/2/1, 2538/1/1min, 2538/2min,
2539/2min, 2540min 2541/2min, 2542/2min, 2543min, 2544min, 2545, 2546/1min, 2546/2min, 2547, 2548, 2549, 2550, 2551,
2552min, 2553, 2554, 2555, 2556, 2557/1, 2558/1, 2559/1 & 2560/1 in the revenue estate of Jondhan Kalan, Tehsil Israna, District
Panipat in the Controlled Area Israna has been hereby granted after receipt an amount Rs. 27,00,469/- on account of conversion
charges.
This permission is issued to the following terms and conditions:-
i. That you shallpay the additionalamount of Conversion Charges for any variation in area at site in lump sum within a period of 30
days as and when detected and demanded by the Director, Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.
ii. That you shallpay the ExternalDevelopment Charges as and when the site comes within urbanizable zone.
iii. That you shall give at least 75% employment to the domiciles of Haryana where the posts are not of technical nature and a
quarterly statement indicating the category wise total employment and of those who belongs to Haryana shall be furnished to the
G.M.D.I.C. Panipat.
iv. That you shall get the Building plans for the site approved from the Department before commencing the construction at site and
start construction within six months from the date of issuance of finalpermission.
v. That you shallpay the labour cess before approvalof building plan.
vi. That you shall obtain Occupation Certificate from the Department after completing the building within two years of issuance of
this permission.
vii. That no other application for grant of license/CLU permission for the Khasra Nos. covered under the present CLU application
stand submitted by you, which is pending for consideration/orders.
viii. That this permission shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of issue of this letter, subject to fulfillment of the
terms and conditions of the permission granted and agreement executed.
ix. That this permission willnot provide any immunity from any other Act/Rules/Regulations applicable to the land in question.
