THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE ROAD ON WHICH
THE ATM IS LOCATED SHOULD BE MORE THAN
12 METER
MAXIMUM GROUND COVERAGE FOR ATM MUST
BE 6 SQ. M. WHICH MUST ALSO BE ENCLOSED
WITHIN THE BOUNDARY MAIN BUILDINGS.
EXCEPT THE COMMERCIAL AND OFFICIAL
LANDMARKS IF THE CONSTRUCTION OF ATM IS
PERMITTED THEN THE DEVELOPMENT CHARGE
WOULD BE TAKEN AS PER THE APPLICABLE
ZONING REGULATION CHARGE.

15. • ANY BUILDING IN WHICH THE CONSTRUCTION OF
ATM HAS BEEN PERMITTED MUST HAVE BEEN MADE
BY FOLLOWING THE BYE LAWS FOR THAT BUILDING.
• THE PROCEDURE FOR THE PERMISION OF
CONSRUCTION OF ATM WILL BE SAME AS PER THE
SPECIAL PERMISSION PROCEDURE SPECIFIED IN
ZONING REGULATION.

NECESSARY THAT BUILDING SHOULD HAVE
FACILITIES LIKE PROPER TRAFFIC
LOAD,CIRCULLATION
SPACE,PARKING,WATER SUPPLY AND
DRANAGE SERVICES,SUFFICIENT POWER
SUPPLY,FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AND
SEVERAL OTHER SAFETY MEASURES.
