Achievement : After the spin off from Pfizer Animal Health and the creation of the newly formed company (Zoetis), I designed the finance structure and created an international finance team in RCIS, Turkey and AfME. Achievement : I conducted market benchmark studies on payment terms and determining DSO targets. Budgeting and Forecasting End to end responsibility for forecasting and budgeting process.
