Achievement : I was appointed to join the Interim Leadership team of the RCIS region to ensure business
continuity and to redesign the organizational structure after a change in management. I assessed the
internal process effectiveness ( supply vs sales forecast), analyzed the geographical design, allocated
resources to deliver the optimum financial return from the product portfolio through pricing and margin
analysis, designed and shaped the restructuring program setting financial targets. The resultant program was
executed across the business delivering cost savings of 15% and reduced inventory levels of 20%.
Controlling, Accounting and Compliance
Final responsibility for accounting and reporting under USGAAP.
· Financial closing and reporting for a cluster of international trading entities and branch offices
· Roll out and implementation of corporate processes and procedures, including SOX.
· Interact with external auditors during interim and year end audits.
· Management reporting and consolidation.
Achievement : I set up the SOX control matrix, process description and key controls narratives for the Order
to Cash and Financial Reporting Process in Netherlands.
Lead International Finance Team
Working effectively with remote and local finance teams in complex matrix organisation.
· Operational leadership of Finance teams of 5-25 staff across 8 countries.
· Leading, coaching and developing, local and remote finance team members for sustained performance.
Achievement : After the spin off from Pfizer Animal Health and the creation of the newly formed company
(Zoetis), I designed the finance structure and created an international finance team in RCIS, Turkey and AfME.
I recruited , trained and developed 5 direct reports, through individual coaching and mentoring.

Transfer Pricing
Implement and roll out of transfer pricing policy, including IC price setting and IBT monitoring for
international trading entities.
Working Capital
Roll out of WC improvement initiatives ( AR and Inventory), including Credit Insurance Policy.
Achievement : I conducted market benchmark studies on payment terms and determining DSO targets.
Budgeting and Forecasting
End to end responsibility for forecasting and budgeting process.
Achievement : I conducted detailed discussions with Benelux sales and marketing team on volume and
pricing assumptions . Subsequently held sessions with General Manager related to staffing and operational
expenses and compile a market P&L. For other markets in the region, I conducted higher level reviews in
support of the Regional VP. Consolidation of 10+ P&Ls and presenting budget to the International Executive
LT.
ORGANISATIONAL CHANGES : SHARED SERVICE SET UP
Definition and delivery of large organisational change, restructuring,
Migration of financial activities to a shared service centre.
Achievement : In the context of the set up of a shared service centre in Poland, I was responsible for
documenting the process flow, determine key activities and controls for the migration of the O2C, Financial
Reporting and FP&A processes.
Migration was delivered successfully and on time, ensuring business continuity.
