a rebate MYR200 ($65 US) rebate on selected 3G smart phones that cost no

A Frost & Sullivan report last July stated that mobile social networking will
cause smartphone sales to "skyrocket" in ASEAN, accounting for 54 percent of
all devices sold in the region by 2015.
