3. Dear MCVP Candidate for term 2015/2016,
There is a lot if words that we could use to describe how powerful Member Committee
experience is, but there is no time for talking.
It's time for you to make this decision, if you want to spend whole next year contributing for
something bigger that yourself, if you want to spend next year leaving and working with group
of people who believe in AIESEC as much as you believe.
Being in MC is not easy, but every second of this experience is worth it. What is more, being in
Member Committee of AIESEC in Poland is huge responsibility. It's responsibility for our
network, 17 local chapters that are striving every day for more. It's responsibility towards
AIESEC network to deliver number of leadership experiences that will allow whole organization
to grow. What is the most important, it's responsibility towards Poland, to shape young leaders
that will take ownership for our country and make it stronger in future.
If you are ready to leave this intense experience, full of challenges as well as opportunities for
you to grow personally take next step and fill in this application.

4. General Role
• Ensuring of all our actions are aligned with the AIESEC Way
• Ensuring accountability, sustainbility and legality of actions of AIESEC in
Poland
• Representation of AIESEC Poland in internal and external network
• Ensuring realization of MoS of entity
• Ensuring realization of global and national direction and startegies
5. General JD
• Setting functional direction for an entity
• Creation and execution strategies for MoS achievement
• Monitoring and tracking performance of entity in terms of area
• Functional and cross-functional project management on national and
international level
• Network education and management (commission, NSTs, LCPs)
• Coaching and consultancy for LCs
• National conferences delivery
• Representation of MC on specific events on external and internal
events/initiatives
6. Working & living conditions
• The official term 15/16 will start on 1 July 2015 and will end on 30 June
2016
• Transition for Management Team starts on 18th May 2015, for the rest of
team on 25th May 2015
• You should complete your transition on LC/MC level until this date
because there will be no possibility to get days off during transition
period
• The office is 15 minutes by walk from the house
7. Working & living condidtions
• The salary of every MC member is 1050 PLN (~250 EUR) * per month
upon revision. The salary is enough to live, assuming you keep control
over your expenses.
• Travel costs and fees for national conferences and team days are fully
covered for the MC. Also travel costs and fees for international
conferences and meetings are covered*.
• Accomodation and basic living necessities are provided.
*This information is subject to change based on the decision of the new MC
team.
8. Requirements
Requirements from the compendium:
• You need to be a member of AIESEC in Poland to apply to Member Committee
• International candidates can apply if they are a member of AIESEC in another
country
• Candidates to Member Committee need to have English exam passed at least on
level B in AIESEC in Poland scale. It can be proved by a certificate according to
AIESEC in Poland regulations passed during General Assembly. Please bring the
proper document with you to the General Assembly.
• Refer to chapter III of National Compendium to read more about elections to the
Member Committee.
9. Selection process
• Application – released 20 December 2014, closure: 20.01.2015 8 PM (GMT +1)
• Presentation + Question & Answer - during General Assembly – 23 January
2015 in Warsaw
• Assessment Center – 24-25 January 2015 in Warsaw
• Interviews – 26.01-3.02.2015
• Announcement – 5.02.2015
Vice presidents are selected by the MCP elect with support of current MC team
after obtaining a vote of confidence during General Assembly on 23rd January
2015.
Vice presidents are allocated to certain positions by Member Committee
President elect according to individual talents and capabilities.

22. Application guidance
The application package for AIESEC in Poland MC 2015/2016 team should consist of:
1. CV: give us all important information we need to know about you, your AIESEC
Experience, other jobs you have had, your contact details etc. You can use
maximum 1 page to create your CV.
2. Endorsement letters: Collect at least 2 endorsement letters with contact details of
authors. At least one endorsement letter should be provided by a
customer/external stakeholder that have cooperated with you in your AIESEC
Experience (representative of company, NGO, BoA, Alumni, Exchange participant)
3. Questionnaire- not more than 9 pages including title page.
4. Scan of English certificate (not rerquired for native English speakers)
5. *For international candidates: all positions are open except Finance Director & BD
team. Internationals will take part virtually in Assessment Center. More
information during the process. Please provide us extra pdf file (1 page) with
explanation of requirements to get a year-long visa and timeline.

Make sure you create separate files for all documents.
You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If the application will not fullfill all requirements the candidate
may be rejected from the process.
After sending your application package you will be invited to General Assembly. When the candidate receives
the vote of confidence he / she will be asked to filling online MBTJ test and Belbin test (results will be shared
only with MC selection responsibles). The next step will be the Assessment Center and interviews. After the
General Assembly the MCP elect has the right to reject candidates on each step of the process.
