United Way Baltimore
Congratulations to the United Way of Central
Maryland for winning the UWNCM-
Tyco/SimplexGrinnell Competition. As the winner,
United Way of Central Maryland is the chosen
location to expand the United Way Youth Venture
partnership. Two grant options of $500 are
currently available for youth ages 12-
20 who want to bring positive change
to their community.

passing of Ted Sizer, a true educational innovator
