With this new feature, users can automatically
create and categorize receipt expense
transactions in Enterprise 21.0 using the desktop
app to record the receipt data. Users can even
stay organized for audit trails by attaching the
receipt images to expense transactions.

6. 2) Sales Price On Barcode Labels
Now, QuickBooks Enterprise users can include
the sales price on the barcode labels itself in
addition to the name and description of the item.
However, this feature is available only to
Platinum and Diamond subscriptions as of now.

7. 3) Automated Send Statements
Many business owners have one constant task-
sending statement emails to customers. Sending
the same set of emails to different customers can
be exhausting. But with Enterprise 21.0, users
can automate these emails, tailored as per
customer needs.

8. 4) Customer Groups
Now, QuickBooks users can create customer
groups to categorize and filter them according to
required criteria like customer type, location,
status, balance, etc. Customer groups can be
handy to create automated statements or to send
payment reminders.

9. 5) Mandatory Serial Numbers On Transactions
Previous versions of QBES Advanced Inventory
enabled the users to track their inventory with
serial or lot numbers. With the 21.0 version,
users can now set up the mandatory serial
number to keep inventory organized. If the field
is left blank, QuickBooks will pop a warning to fill
the lot number.

10. 6) Improved Bank Feeds
QuickBooks now provides enhanced rules,
improved matching, and batch editing for bank
feeds. It gives users the flexibility to categorize
bank transactions with more details. The
improved feed is aimed to save a significant
amount of time by automating most transactions.
