PROBLEM STATEMENT
There are two types of business entities that are involved in this problem statement:
 Sellers & Buyers/Retailers. Sellers for one or more types of products that are associated
with unique brand names, for example shoes, garments, etc. Buyers are the shops in the
market that sell one or more types of brands.
 One Seller can have business relationships with many Buyers to sell products and Buyers
purchases different brands from different Sellers.
 To get the latest information about some product, a Buyer either gets some printed media or
visits Seller’s website.
 An order is placed via email, phone call, or by meeting Seller.
 A seller uses some spreadsheets or applications to keep a record of products, orders, and
business relationships with Buyers.
 ATZ Cart provides one stop solution to minimize time from product selection to product
delivery globally.
 After analysis, ATZ Cart decided to provide such an e-commerce solution that will
 allow Sellers &Buyers to connect with each other using a single platform and in global
market.
 Buyers should be able to select a list of products from Seller’s catalog and to place an
order.
 At present buyer can make purchase against single or predefined limited quantity products.
