Yael Zofi Dynamic Thought Leader, Team Facilitator and sought
after Keynote Speaker on topics related to virtual teams and global
leadership effectiveness. AIM Strategies CEO Yael Zofi brings 25+
years of experience working with leaders and teams on
transformational initiatives that improve bottom line and enable

Zofi has served as a Professor at New York University since 1995,
published numerous business reports and authored 5 business

Prior to AIM, Yael was Global Vice President of Leadership & Performance Management with JP Morgan. She also
spent several years with Accenture (AC) & Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) working on process improvement,
merger integration and change management assignments. Zofi holds a BS from Rutgers University, a MA/MOD
from Columbia University, completed post-graduate work with AU/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science and
