2008 October – one of the DIVERSED CULTURE grocery store opened in the area
2008 December - METRO LIGHT RAIL put into operation, Main St & Sycamore Station on site
2011 One of the three major grocery store on project closed indefinitely
2011 to present – Many of the land remains vacant, underutilized
