19. The AutoArchive settings allow you to determine how many days between each archiving action. 1. Startup View | 2. Task View Fields | 3. Archive Email AutoArchive sets what is to be accomplished during that archive session (such as deletion of folders and age of emails between archiving.) Clean out items older than Choose the default setting for when you want your items ... " Clean " means to archive â store â items. It does not mean "delete" unless you have ..you select Permanently delete old items.

I am not here to train you on Outlook- I know most of you already use it and are probably comfortable with many of its functions. I am here to assist you to increase control of your time, email, and daily task hopefully to eliminate unnecessary stress. (Present gift) Xvand would like to present you with this book written and autographed by Michael Linenberger discussing using Microsoft Outlook to increase productivity.
