Xperian delivers industry proven Psychometric Assessments that are market tested. Reports are individually generated by an
experienced Business Psychologist who is fully qualified and listed on the “British Psychological Society Register of
Competence in Occupational Testing”.
Assessments can be used to assist in the selection of new staff in addition to the development and training of existing teams.
Assessments are conducted online and results are delivered to the Corporate Client within 2 to 3 working days of the test completion.
Whilst all reports are in plain English, the Business Psychologist who prepares the Subject’s report can offer further confidential
consultation to both the subject and our Client. Such assistance can deliver finer interpretation of key points and in so doing can
stimulate further ideas on development & coaching options.

- 2. Bronze Assessment
This report is based on the Occupational Personality Profile (OccPP). This is a reliable, robust and quickly administered assessment
that explores nine core personality traits. Appropriate for use in both selection and development situations the Bronze report focuses
on aspects of interpersonal style, thinking style and stress-coping mechanisms.
With additional information on Team Role indicators and Subordinate Styles the Bronze assessment covers a wide range of topics to
support interviews. The final report also includes a short summary which you can supply to the test Subject. OccPP is ideal for use
within operational levels of your company such as Customer Service, Account Management and lower level Supervisory roles.
Silver Assessment
This report is based on the 15FQ+ personality questionnaire. This is a very comprehensive measure of character and temperament
and it is commonly used for selection and development at management level. The questionnaire assesses fifteen primary character
traits covering areas relating to interpersonal style, thinking style
and stress-coping mechanisms. However, the Silver
Assessment also incorporates the “Big Five” personality
dimensions:

Ÿ Conscientiousness
Ÿ Extraversion
Ÿ Agreeableness
Ÿ Neuroticism
Other factors are also included such as Management Team
Roles and Leadership Styles in addition to dedicated measures of Emotional Intelligence and Work Attitude. As with the Bronze
assessment the final Silver report also includes a short summary which you can supply to the test Subject.
Gold Assessment
This option represents a comprehensive assessment package for positions at Management and Executive level. The suite of tests
includes the 15FQ+ personality questionnaire included in the Silver assessment and adds Managerial Judgement and high-level
Critical Thinking tests.
Managerial Judgement tests are specifically designed for those roles for which a good understanding of decision-making is required.
Being valuable in both selection and developmental situations the Gold assessment explores areas of knowledge / judgement when
managing objectives, managing people and managing
reputation. As the report also includes measures of style in
these three areas it is ideal for ensuring that any future training
and intervention is targeted appropriately. The report is
constructed as a feedback report, so it can be printed and
supplied to the test Subject.
The Verbal Reasoning section assesses the test Subject’s
capacity for making sense of complex, logical, written arguments.
As such, it is useful for exploring the extent to which somebody
can quickly comprehend detailed reports drawing logical
conclusions and inferences from such written information.
The Numerical Reasoning section directly measures the test
Subject’s ability to understand and critically evaluate a wide
range of numerical information and use that information in a
logical way. It represents a key assessment device for all managerial and technical positions which require a detailed understanding
of financial, numerical and statistical data.
Taken together, this full psychometric appraisal represents a powerful tool for decision makers when assessing candidates for key
organisational roles.
