ADD RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND TRANSPARENCY TO GROUP PAGE.
As relationships progress on both fronts, interpersonal trust is built and improves the quality of collaboration. People strengthen their relationships on a professional front as they gain a more precise awareness of others’ skills and expertise. However, developing a deeper understanding of other’s knowledge and skills is only one part of building a collaborative relationship. Another important dimension is learning how to gain access to these people. Personal development: managers can help employees forge productive workplace relationships by creating opportunities for people to connect on non-work-related matters. Introduce people on both personal and professional front. (The Hidden Power of Social Networks p.95-97, p.102)
