Several WorldDAB members showcased new products and demonstrations at the IBC 2017 conference in Amsterdam. AVT Audio Video Technologies launched a new small multiplexer directly connected to amplifiers and antennas. DIGIDIA demonstrated an updated multiplexer software and a virtualized DAB+ head-end system. Factum Radioscape launched the new ENMUXA interface for engineers and demonstrated monitoring products. Fraunhofer IIS showed content server and software defined radio solutions along with an emergency warning demonstration. GatesAir celebrated its 95th anniversary with dual-purpose transmitters. IZT Labs launched a new DAB archive product and demonstrated spectrum monitoring software. Paneda showcased a complete DAB head-end software solution and a new

AVT Audio Video Technologies
New WorldDAB member, AVT Audio Video Technologies, launched a new multiplexer at IBC. Designed to
be as small as possible, it can be directly connected to an amplifier and antenna. Also on the stand was a
tunnel break-in demonstration for emergency warning.

DIGIDIA
DIGIDIA launched an update to its multiplexer software, complete with a new interface and
functionality. For the first time at IBC, it was also demonstrating a completely virtualized DAB+ head-end
system.

Factum Radioscape
At IBC, Factum Radioscape launched its new ENMUXA product. Available from December this year, it
promises to be the ‘most intuitive interface on the market’ for engineers and technicians. Also on the
stand was a demonstration of the OBSERVA range of monitoring products.

Celebrating its 95th birthday, GatesAir demonstrated its range of dual-purpose transmitters with a
smaller form-factor and new features compared to previous versions.

IZT Labs launched a new DAB archive product at IBC, storing transmitted DAB signals for as long as
required. Also on the stand were spectrum monitoring software demonstrations and a new small
transmitter, designed for us in testing and lab environments.

Paneda
www.paneda.no
Paneda showcased its complete software solution for a DAB head-end, along with a new proof of
concept for emergency warning. In the demonstration, the emergency message appears on the receiver
even if it is playing from a CD or Bluetooth source.
