Method 1: By sa Login Properties
Log in to SQL Server Management Studio with Windows Authentication mode and
reset SQL Server SA password.
Step 1: Open SQL Server Management Studio.
Step 2: Login with Windows Authentication mode.
Step 3: In Object Explorer, expand the root folder. Go to Security -> Logins -> sa.
Step 4: Right click on the sa user. Select Properties.

Execute a simple command line in Query Window to reset SA password.
