For the past 20 years I served with The AIDS Services Organization of Pinellas, Inc. (ASAP) in various
positions, concluding with position as executive director for the last eight years. ASAP is an affiliate
program of Empath Health. Throughout my 20 years with the agency I worked through multiple positions
in the organization including case manager, client services supervisor, HIV services manager and
executive director. Well versed in the HIV/AIDS culture, local community and national movements. Saw
the organization through an extensive renovation project to bring online a medical home – Home 3050.
Implemented a 340B pharmacy program for additional sustainable income for the agency. Extensive
experience with grant writing and monitoring/evaluating grant outcomes. Works from a “client centered”
approach and instills that priority into organizational development and strategic goals.
