Wayne started off his career in the banking industry whereas he spent some initial years focusing on the Compliance function within the investment banking space and then Sales and Relationship Management functions within the corporate banking. Gradually he has moved out of the banking arena, bringing along with him his working experience into other industries to explore other possibilities.
