 A great part of Portugal is surrounded by the Atlantic
Ocean.

3. Beaches
 In Portugal we have a lot of beautiful beaches. In the
summer a great part of the world come to Portugal
because of the beaches.

 There are several rivers in Portugal, of which the main
are:

- Douro
- Guadiana
- Mondego
- Sado

 Portugal have a lot of dams. In the dams of Portugal we
can fish too, but the main objective is for the
production of energy and water supply to the
population. The nearest dam is Marateca also named
Santa Águeda.
