Shri Kundanlal T. Wasan
A visionary, soft spoken, kind and hard-
working Late Shri. Kundanlal T. Wasan,
entered the Automobile sector in the year
1961, at Mumbai & Nashik, State of
Maharashtra, India.
The Premier Automobiles Ltd. (Fiat cars
and Dodge commercial vehicles) was the
beginning of the auto retailing mission and
laid the foundation of “THE WASAN
GROUP”

4. “With his Charismatic Personality, Sincerity,
Honesty, Customer first attitude many Automobile
Manufacturers like, The Premier Automobiles Ltd (
Fiat cars and Dodge commercial vehicles ) ,
Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd ( Automotive and Farm
equipment sector ), Bajaj Auto Ltd ( Two wheeler
and commercial vehicle) , Pal Peugeot India Ltd. ,
Tata Motors ( Passenger Cars and commercial
vehicles) , Ford Motors, Toyota Kirloskar Motor
and Bharat Benz ( Mercedes Benz) awarded
dealerships to WASAN GROUP.

5. “In remembrance of the outstanding Social
contribution of our Late Shri Kundanlal T. Wasan,
the Mumbai Municipal Corporation have honored
the Wasan Group by naming a junction at Deonar
Bus Depot in Chembur, Mumbai, as Shri Kundanlal
Wasan Chowk.
Furthermore, the Nashik Municipal Corporation,
have also honored the Wasan Group by naming a
street and a locality as
Shri Kundanlal Wasan Marg and
Shri Kundanlal Wasan Nagar.

We believe in Customer first policy followed by our
strong Happy Employees who are our Family members.
Human Resource is the strength of the Group and
presently we have more than 1500 team members and
boasts of High Retention rate and Employee
Satisfaction.
There are 25+ dealership outlets for Sales, Service and
Parts across cities all equipped with State of the art
facilities, trained manpower and strong process
adherence to ensure customer delight.
During FY 2019-2020 Group revenue was 820 Cr.

• Annapurna Project - Providing food to
Poor and Downtrodden throughout the
year.
• Providing food as “Langer Seva”
which is provided at Gurudwaras in
many cities through the year.
• Adoption of Behedmal: a Tribal Village
for all-round development.
• Help to Old-Age homes, Orphanages
and other Spiritual & needy
Organizations.
• Seeds and Sapling distribution to stake
holders as we wish to contribute for
Clean Environment.
• Distributing food to needy people
during COVID -19 lockdown period.
• Distribution of food to approx. 500
peoples at medical college hospital.
• Financial support to employees for
their children’s education in English
medium schools.
• Supporting young Engineering
Students for facility visit and
trainings for enhancing skills.
Realizing responsibility towards society at large, Wasan

Wasan Group Ranked 47th in top 100 automobile
business houses in India in 2019.
Our Director Mr. Vijay Wasan was awarded the
prestigious, “LOKMAT BUSINESS ICON AWARD”
by the hands of Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

12. Mr. Vijay Wasan is also awarded with the
prestigious, “AUTOMOBILE BUSINESS
ICON OF NASHIK” award by The Nashik
Motor Merchant Association.
Mr. Vijay Wasan was also on the Advisory
committee of Ministry of Heavy Industries,
Government of India.
Hon. Shri Rata Tata – Chairman of Tata group
has handed over the award for “Highest
Sales” to our Director.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Awarded us
under “Panchratna award Scheme” for
overall best performance by a channel
partner for 7 consecutive years.
Won the prestigious, “Corporate Social
Enterprise of the Year” award along with
Best Brand Leadership award in Automobile
Category
“GO GLOBAL AWARD” by

Best service volume and highest market share growth.
The group has also been recognized and won Award
for Fastest Growing Company , Corporate Social
Enterprise of the year, Best Brand Dealership award in
Automobile category, Highest volume of sales in West
Zone, Best Commercial Vehicle Dealer in India, Highest
