• The local private armies of the local governments of
Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi (BASULTA) have to be
dissolved and the three (3) Governors be held
accountable.
• The Philippine government should work so that in the
future the independence of the three (3) islands could
be declared. They would renounce/forego Mindanao
• Mustafa (kidnappers’ negotiator) has to be given the
possibility to talk directly to the Swiss Ambassador.
