Rana Farman Ali Sabir attained Bachelor of Laws [LL.B] from SM Law College
Karachi Pakistan in 1990. Rana Farman Ali Sabir is a senior Advocate of
Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has 25 years of experience as a practicing
lawyer and has extended his professional services to a wide range of clients
in Corporate Law and Civil & Criminal litigation in Pakistan. Currently he is
heading the Corporate Consultancy Department of the Firm. He is recognized
for his experience in advising on a wide range of civil litigation and Corporate
Matters. He is also highly regarded for his expertise in property litigation.
Muhammad Akbar Warraich [L.L.B]
Senior Advocate High Court
Muhammad Akbar, BA, LL.B, Advocate of the High Court, having 12 years
standing at the Bar. He is senior partner in this Law Firm. He is specialized in
Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, and Family Laws. He is successfully practicing
as Advocate of High Court of Pakistan.

years standing at the Bar. He is partner in this Law Firm. He did his law
graduation from Punjab University Law College, Lahore and started his law

8. Muhammad Waseem Khan [L.L.M, M. Com-Finance & L.L.B]
Advocate High Court
Mr. Muhammad Waseem Khan obtained a Master Degree in Commerce with
distinction from Hailey College Punjab University, Lahore after which he was
immediately offered a position with the Bank of Punjab (BOP) in the year 2008
as an analyst. In order to exploit his extensive skills as an orator, Mr. Khan
pursued degree in law from University Law College Punjab University, Lahore.
Upon completion of his LL.B, Mr. Khan had sought to merge his expertise in
Banking and Finance with law and sought to pursue his Masters in Law from
the University of Punjab, Lahore Pakistan. Soon after completing his legal
education, Mr. Khan due to his exemplary performance and commitment was
offered a partnership after only 2 years of service at the law practice. With a
diverse & international perspective Mr. Khan provides a wide variety of
solutions ranging from corporate matters to Banking & Finance with a unique
international quality. Mr. Khan’s dossier also includes Family Practice,
