2. Lead Three Teams ( Cash Loans – Auto Loans- Operation Team) with 22 Staff to

3. Set a yearly Business Plan for the CSD(Determine the Banks's share market –The
share market of the competitors – Prospect Opportunities – Recommended New
Financial Products – Set a Yearly Target – Determine the needs to achieve the target –
what is the productivity will be).
4. Obtaining the required approval from the managers to execute the business plan.
5. Coordinate with the AGM ,SGM, Team Leaders & the concern Depts. to push up
The plan & achieved its targets.
6. Meet the candidates to nominate the best for the Dept.
