contain bioflavonoids, they are good for preventing certain types of cancer. Colon, lung, prostate and breast cancer
are all cancers who can be prevented by taking cranberries. Cranberries are known to have as many as five cancer-
fighting properties.
There are many other benefits to cranberries. As the cost of health care are so high these days, it is well worth
addressing dietary changes that can keep illness and disease at bay.
