The Career and Technical Education (CTE) program helps school districts that offer students opportunities for career awareness and
preparation. CTE creates effective alignment between career and technical education and labor market needs to equip students
with 21st century skills and prepare them for in-demand occupations in high-growth industries. Grant funds may be used to develop,
disseminate, and field test curriculum materials and create a strong collaboration among secondary and postsecondary institutions,
employers, and industry partners.
