The Voyego Surprise app allows guests to easily purchase hotel services and gift certificates from their mobile devices. Initial results showed a substantial increase in website visits and a conversion rate almost three times the industry average. The marketing manager reported positive customer feedback, and the integrated, cloud-based system allowed for a smooth transition.
