A first at the World Cup Archery Finals Using innovative technology to enhance the fans experience while in the venue or on the go Federations and event organizers are challenged by their sports fans to fulfill their appetite for engaging content: videos, results, statistics and more. Where previous generations gathered around a radio to find out who came in first place, today we can stream events live on smart phones and the World Cup Archery will see a first in this respect. The competition will be streamed with real-time graphics, as a low cost production. The finals (6th and 7th of September in Lausanne) will be on their YouTube channel, but it will also see a special live streaming at the venue, to further enrich the experience for fans. At the event you can watch the action from your seat, or on your own device seeing the competition from another camera angle, watching a replay (at normal speed or in slow motion) and all with the competition data and athlete information available. The availability of such enriched content outside and inside the venue will be a world premiere made possible through a partnership between ATOS with its Media Box product and VOGO with its VOGO Sport Application. The event visitors will be able to download the app on their own devices (multiplatform with a brand-new iOS version) or rent a pre-installed tablet at the Atos + VOGO booth. The Media Box by ATOS The Media Box designed and developed by Atos addresses perfectly the needs for World Archery or any other event, simplifying the capture of video, synchronization with competition data and production of a consumable, high quality, enriched media content for all constituents, be it the federation, coaches, athletes or fans. VOGO Sport by VOGO Using innovative and patented technology, the VOGO Sport Application enhances the live experience of the spectators. You can select on your mobile device the video camera you want to visualize. Simply press 'replay' to see the action again and review the Time shifted video in normal speed or in slow motion The VOGO Sport App is supported on all mobile devices and operating systems.
