From information provided me, this is a Criminal Case in which a WHITE
Man (Fredrick Formigoni) was murdered and TWO Black/African-American

III. WAR CRIMES
In accordance to the November 20, 2017 Press Release of the International
Criminal Court’s Prosecutor (Fatou Bensouda), the United States’ DESPOT’s

(J) Committing rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, enforced
sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence also constituting a grave
breach of the Geneva Conventions.
(K) Intentionally using methods of starvation of civilians as a method of
warfare by depriving them of objects indispensable to their survival,
including willfully, impeding relief supplies as provided for under the

(L) Conscripting or enlisting children under the age of fifteen (15) years into
the national armed forces or using them to participate actively in
hostilities.
