G Baine III, and Linda Thomas) with “ORIGINALS” (as required) of the “Waiver Of The Service Of Summons” in the
above referenced matter. While Mr. Marsh provided Ms. Newsome with PHOTOCOPIES of the Waiver Of The Service Of
Summons for each of the Defendants “PRODUCED BY YOUR OFFICE,” she is demanding that you provide her with
“EXECUTED” Originals of the “Waiver Of The Service Of Summons” SHE PROVIDED to Defendants. These documents

http://vogeldenisenewsome.net/newsome_s_employers and may be placed at www.slideshare.net/VogelDenise should you
have any questions.
With the Originals Ms. Newsome provided your clients, EACH of these Waivers were accompanied with attachments
entitled, “NOTIFICATION ACCOMPANYING WAIVER OF SERVICE OF SUMMONS” addressed to each of your
Clients. However, to date Ms. Newsome has NOT received these documents back and, is therefore, demanding that you
provide her with EXECUTED Originals of the Waiver Of The Service Of Summons with the attached “Notification
Accompanying Waiver Of Service Of Summon” so that they may be filed with the Court. The documents Ms. Newsome
provided were prepared in GOOD-FAITH and in compliance with Rules 4 and 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures
and other applicable Statutes/Laws to assure that Defendants and their counsel /attorney (if any) proceed in this lawsuit in good
faith. Moreover, to support Defendants and his/her counsel having KNOWLEDGE of the Rules of Federal Proceedings.
However, FAILURE to return the ORIGINALS raises LEGITIMATE and VALID concerns as to what were the motives
behind not returning EXECUTED “Originals” of the Waiver Of The Service Of Summons and “Notification Accompanying
Waiver Of Service Of Summon” attached to each of the Waivers provided to Defendants. FAILURE to return the
EXECUTED “Originals” may be perceived that there are attempts to MANIPULATE and/or OBSTRUCT this Lawsuit and
proceed further in VIOLATION of Rules 4 and 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and other Statutes/Laws Governing
this Lawsuit.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That Ms. Newsome is demanding that EXECUTED “Originals” of the
Waiver Of The Service Of Summons with the attached “Notification Accompanying Waiver Of Service Of Summon” be
returned to her IMMEDIATELY so that she can file them with the Court. Nevertheless, should you FAIL to honor this
GOOD-FAITH request, Ms. Newsome will file the required documents with the proper PLEADING and providing COPIES of
the Waiver Of The Service Of Summons with the attached “Notification Accompanying Waiver Of Service Of Summon”
served on the Defendants:

Lawsuit, to DATE (July 9, 2012), Ms. Newsome has NOT received pleadings. Again, Ms.
Newsome hopes that Counsel in this Lawsuit is proceeding in GOOD FAITH! Ms. Newsome will
DEMAND “PROOF of Mailing” of any Pleadings that may be filed with the Court; however,
NOT mailed to her as REQUIRED by Statutes/Laws!
PLEASE RETURN “EXECUTED” Originals of the Waiver Of The Service Of Summons with the
attached “Notification Accompanying Waiver Of Service Of Summon” to Ms. Newsome by Thursday, July 12,
2012.
