I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Vlash Deda. I taught Vlash General
Chemistry I in Fall 2015 at Capital Community College. He was one of the most professional
students I have interacted with over the past decade of my teaching career.
Mr. Vlash Deda is very detailed when analyzing problems. He spends time to understand the
concept behind the solution and not just giving an answer. Another excellent trait of Mr. Deda is
his leadership skills; on many occasions I witnessed him answer his peers' academic questions
and direct his group work within the laboratory sessions. Additionally, Mr. Deda works well to
meet deadlines and takes his own initiative to contact me outside of the lecture and laboratory
settings, to ensure assignments were done correctly.
The traits mentioned above, will allow Vlash to be successful at any future endeavors.
