THE NEVER BEFORE TOLD STORY, INSPIRED BY THE LIFE OF
NICOLAI NOTOVITCH
Ethnically a Jew, a Christian by conviction, a journalist, a dissident,
who lived through the Russian pogroms. With his faith challenged he
had a dream come true when he was sent as a spy to British India
during late 1800s. His fantastic discovery should have shattered the
West, but as yet his story has not been told.
(Some names have been changed for dramatic purpose)
OVERVIEW/SYNOPSIS – “Conspiracy Rising”
RUSSIA 1887 - a time of war - hostilities flare within Moscow when the
reigning Tsar is murdered and his successor Alexander lll orders Jews to
be relocated outside the city. Nicolas Notovitch, ethnically a Jew, and now
an orthodox Christian, is placed in a dilemma. He’s a writer and man of
peace sent to fight a war he does not believe in. During an unfortunate
incident, he is accused of killing a soldier. His accuser and he are ordered
to spy on the British in India as punishment.
For Nicolas this is more a reward than a penalty. He has believed for many
years that Jesus Christ must have found the lost tribes and likely travelled
to India and beyond, but the mystery surrounding his lost years has never
been revealed to the world. Nicolas travels beyond the mountains, beyond
the valleys, at every turn his life threatened by the many enemies who will
do anything to stop him at any cost.
This spectacular action adventure thriller will catapult you into a world
beyond your imagination. Nicolas Notovitch faces one challenge after the
other, in his search to uncover a secret concealed by the Roman Church
that will change history forever.

turbulent times of suspicion and doubt. It’s a major motion

fast-moving action adventure and survival blended together

C. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION ENTITY
All feature film projects are produced within the context of
the entertainment industry. The general health of the
industry is important in evaluating the prospects for a
specific feature film project. Therefore, the financier should
be informed of the current and future prospects of the
entertainment industry and how revenue sources are
developing. “Conspiracy Rising” has real mainstream
marketability and potential and brings to mind comparable

theme with the mystery of the Da Vinci Code– it is a
movie which will stand on its own inspired by a real life

beyond during his lost years. This story has never been
told on film or TV.

Graham V. Rushton. It is based on a theoretical schedule of 20
weeks for pre-production, 14 weeks of production, and 10 weeks
of final post production. Schedule liable to reduce. Contingency is
added as a standard requirement of most completion bonding
companies and an estimated bonding fee of 3% of the overall
budget less the contingency but both of these figures may alter. All

Graham is a double award-winning writer for Best
Screenplay Period Drama at Monaco International Film
Festival 2011 for his WW2 drama, “Nor the Moon by Night”.
He was also awarded a World Media Award for Best Pilot for

a TV series titled “f-stop”. His short film, THE F WORD was
awarded (Best of the Rest at the Dendy Cinema) at the
Sydney Gay and Lesbian Festival. Budget $9000.

Graham has worked over 35 years in many areas of film and
stage. He has produced three pro-am stage productions,
written and directed two children’s musical fantasies,
produced and directed a youth weekend of drama and
music, an award winning short film and written various
screenplays.
He has attended Australian Writer’s Guild
seminars/workshops, budgeting and attracting investors,
tapping into the money tree, understanding youth in the
Millennia Generation, business partnerships and risk
management. He has a wealth of experience as a freelance
publicist/advertising executive in the field of entertainment
for community and professional theatre and as a theatre

critic for Stage Whispers Performing Arts magazine,
Australia.
He is a British Subject & Australian Citizen. He holds
dual passports, EU & AUSTRALIAN.
He is currently working on the following productions in the
capacity of Writer and/or Producer.
THE WHIP: The Beginning – A trilogy in 3D –
horror/thriller  To be shot in Mumbai, India Mid to Late
2014. The Holy Host sends a flight of angels back to earth to
find and destroy the whip used to punish Jesus.....the whip
now in the hands of an evil menace on a bloody rampage.
Graham is the writer of the English version and also one of
