3. Concept
We are creating a platform called galaxy with star galore. User can buy
these stars and names it after their loved ones especially those who are no
more and want to dedicate a star to them.
These stars can be linked together to form constellation using bridges
on our user interface.
User will be treated as a level 1 customer of this platform who owns the
space of a particular star.
We will help launching various recreational services like games and other
applications for each of these stars.
User can sell these services by marketing them to new individuals. User
will be free to collect revenue from these individuals but will have to
share royalty fee with platform management.
Further star owner can build 3D Malls on its space and sublease space
further to various companies like Levis jeans to sell Merchandise.

4. Infrastructure and Technology
We will use Java and Oracle to build this platform,
Light flash can also be used. We will buy Linux hosting
space to build this platform.
Location of star can be visible using any “Astro app”
like Google Sky.

5. Revenue generation
Revenue will come from four sources
Level 1 customer (Star owners) -These will be acquired
directly by management of Galaxy platform
Level 2 customers, these will be acquired by star owners,
star owner has to share royalty fee for each customer with
management of Galaxy platform
Advertising revenue- Using our user interface we will
market advertising space to various companies.
If star owner decides to sublease the space, for example
there may be a situation where star owner builds 3D Malls
on its space and sublease the space in mall to various
companies who can sell merchandise.

6. Marketing
We will carefully choose our marketing strategy using
viral marketing, internet marketing and later on
buying TV advertisement.
Print T-shirt, bands, etc with the location and name of the
star

applied to make it successful.

7. Unique selling proposition
We will position our marketing effort around emotional quotient and
pride themes. Idea is everybody has a feeling of love towards there
close one's so a high emotional quotient is involved and secondly it is a
matter of pride to own a star on galaxy platform. This is matter of
mental satisfaction also.
We can bring in high profile individuals, corporate etc. to own a star:
Beauty Pageants , Grammy winners, Oscar winners get a star named
after them.
Corporate can name a star after their star employee, retirement, long
service, etc
Educational institutions can have Star named after academic
achievers
Government can have star named after presidents, eminent
personalities, etc
We have a technology patent in mind for this platform which we
