Cyclone produces invoices for BT Retail/Global Voice Products. Voice calls are received, validated, allocated to
customers, priced and then allocated to invoices. Tax, discounts, adjustments, rental charges and credits are
then applied as necessary before the invoice is printed and dispatched. Itemized call details are optionally
provided in an electronic format. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) user front-end runs under Windows
software.Cyclone supports a complex customer organization hierarchy in order to cater for multinational
customers. Customers may be invoiced in a number of different currencies and languages as required. The
discounting structure offers a variety of different configurations in order to provide the customer with the
