I have worked at ThoughtWorks for 13.5 years and overall for 18 years in software industry. I have been a completely hands-on developer most of my career. I have played the role of solution architect while staying hands-on. In Bahmni, my last project for last 3.5 years, I was product manager while also being part of the architecture team. Most of my work life I have been the senior person in the team, hence for learning I read a lot about technology, design, economics, business and philosophy.
