Make the all report regarding process, like - MIS report (three process), agent wise break
sheet, and maintain agent wise daily work report also etc.
Listen to recorded/live call on daily basis,
Share feedback to encourage good ones and discourage the bad ones,
Assist the trainees in settling down in the process,
Provide assistance on the floor by monitoring calls sitting side by side,
Guide, coach & mentor the trainees,
Classroom training imparted to NHTs on process and soft skills,
Conduct mock calls, certifications, tests during the training period
Based on requirement, refresher will be conducted for few hours/days,
