11. General-These terms and conditions of businessare between TSC Consulting Services and (Company Name) (The Customer)
requesting TSC Consulting Services and to supply permanent staff to the customer. These conditions apply to all business
conducted between the parties relating to supplying permanent staff, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality–TSC Consulting Services considersall information received from the Customer to be confidential and would
only use it on our Customer’s instructions to help in the selection process.At the same time, TSC Consulting respects and
honors confidential information provided to us by candidates (job seekers).
• 8.33% of annual gross salary for junior levels ,Mid-level Position
• Applicable Services Tax would be charged on the placementfee as per the government
Gross will includeBasic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, Periodicals
allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This
will exclude only salesand performance incentives and stocks option.
Invoicing-The invoice for services rendered will be raised on the day of the successfulcandidate’s commencementof
employment with the Customer.
Paymentterms –Payments must be cleared within 60 days from the joining.
Requirement shouldbe given through mail with detail accordingto Performa of detail of prospective candidate attach with
The HR department of the respective clientmust forward a confirmation of the candidate joining along with remuneration.
In caseresumes of the referred candidate already in the data base of client ,information must be provided within 72 hours,
failing which the reserve charges would be payable.
No Variation in these terms and condition may be made without prior written agreement from TSC Consulting.
Guaranteeclause- If any candidate quits the job on his/herown accord during the first 3 months of joining, will provide a free
replacementonly if the payment for the candidate has been received as per the invoice and within the stipulated period of 15
days of the invoice date. Further on, the replacement will be given only if it is informed within 15 days of the candidate quitting.
Any replaced candidate will be exempted from this clausethereon.
Acceptanceof conditions- Interview of candidates referred by shall be deemed acceptance of our terms and conditions of
businessand agreement to pay the relevant fee for suchcandidates employed by the Customer to whom the referral was made
or any other organization or person associated with it.
Validity of the Contract- The above Terms and Conditions stand valid for a period of one year from the date of contract.
