we are known as Virtual Assistants (VA).
Virtual Assistant Solutions MN is a remote administrative support
company. We are independent contractors who provide virtual
business management and support with administrative tasks on an
as-needed basis. We help start-up entrepreneurs organize their
business, existing businesses support or enhance their current
operational processes, assistance with personal organizational and
project tasks, or just providing support with the everyday running of a
business.
Virtual Assistants work from their own offices and use their own
equipment, eliminating overhead. The client incurs no payroll taxes,
no insurance costs as well as no fringe benefit expenses No task is
too large or too small. Assignments are usually communicated
through email, phone, or fax. They can provide assistance along with
your current employees or help you find employees. If you just need
one for a one time project, most of them can accommodate you and
also provide full-time permanent support.

Angela's combined experience includes corporate

just a few of the business sectors where she has
shared her wealth of knowledge.
Being a Paralegal and prior business owner, Angela
also has the knowledge and expertise necessary to
assist others with addressing legal matters, in
addition to addressing the needs of their specific
administrative or organizational issues. Angela
brings to the company her friendly and pleasant
personality, great attention to detail, efficient time
management, creative problem solving and people
skills.
Angela holds degrees in Applied Management and
Paralegal Studies, along with a proven record of
innovative and effective staff recruitment,
management, training and development. Extensive
experience in organization, design and
implementation of internal operations processes.
Proficient in creating, analyzing, interpreting and
managing financial reports.
4. WHY A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?*
Assume a current hourly rate of $25:
$25 x 40 hours = $1,000 Weekly
$1,000 x 4 weeks = $4,000 Monthly
$4,000 x 12 months = $48,000 Yearly
+ 35% (taxes & benefits) = $64,000 Annually
PLUS: Non-productive hours, lunch breaks,
technology, sick and holiday pay, vacations, etc.
Assume a minimum number of 20 hours for a Virtual
Assistant:
$25 x 20 hours = $500 Weekly
$500 x 4 weeks = $2,000 Monthly
$2,000 x 12 months = $24,000 Annually
*With a Virtual Assistant, you never pay for taxes,
benefits, lunch breaks, sick or holiday pay, non-
productive hours or expensive technology because
we are independent contractors working from our
own home office only if and when you require
assistance.

8. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT RATES
We understand that every business is
unique......and so are the needs of our customers.
Virtual Assistant Solutions MN offers services at
an hourly rate, in 15 minute increments, with a four
hour minimum.
For projects that require a minimum of 10 hours or
less, a 50% deposit is due upon signing of a
Service Agreement before commencement of work.
We also offer retainer packages. These packages
are offered to those who are ready for a long-term
partnership and wish to reserve a minimum of 10 or
more hours per month. We have the expertise and
personnel to handle your unique personal and
business needs.
