payrolls, recruiting and evaluating & employee performance. An effective performer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Recruitment & Orientation
• Scheduling interviews, preliminary interviews, coordinate with tech panels for
technical evaluation.
• Issuance of Offer Letters.
• Complete joining formalities as per company’s policy.
• Orientation to new employee about the company, organization structure, HR
policy, general procedures.
 Performance Appraisal
• Conducting performance review meeting.
• Reviewing the appraisal rating marked by appraiser.
• Charting out promotions, rewards, salary increments of the employees according
to the appraisal.
 Payroll Administration
• Maintained the complete payroll of employees with LOP deductions & collating
Inputs for preparing Salary statement every month. (Attendance, New Joining,
Resignation, Salary structure change, Deductions etc).
 HRIS
• Maintaining Employees personal files and records including leave requests,
permission slips, Increment Letters, Offer/appointment Letters related documents
are in place.
• Maintaining leave management of employees.
 Employee Separation:
• Conducting Exit Interview and identifying & analyzing causes of resignation.
• No dues clearance.
• Issuing of relieving & experience certificates.
 Employee Engagement:
• Conducted events for special occasion.
• Conducted seminar for communication skills.
• Conducted Outings for refreshment.
