The first priority at Vinkara is to develop and produce
Kalecik Karası, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere and Narince grapes,
all native grapes of Anatolia.

Pasaeli is begonnen als een boetiek winery in Izmir. Nu is Pasaeli één van de actiefste leden
van de "Wines of Turkye. Naast importeur van verschillende wijnen continue op zoek naar
inheemse druiven en de mogelijkheden hiervan. Actieve promotor van zijn en andere Turkse
wijnen in heel de wereld. Met succes al meerdere druiven kunnen redden o.a. Sidalan, Cakal,
Kolorko, Yapincak. Daarnaast inspelend op de markt denk aan pet-nat en orange wines.

Barrel aged for 8 months in French oak ( 225 liters)
A thin-skinned variety with cherry red color.
The nose is delightful with aromas of sweet red cherry,
cranberry and dry fig.
Deep, sweet cherry red fruit, sour cherry freshness with
earthy spice overtones and crisp acidity with a long
fresh finish.
Lively, fruity and delicious.
