The villa features a heated pool, central air conditioning, private gym, outdoor spa, cable TV, and 8
bedrooms with 10 bathrooms with an Indonesian and East Asian theme.
The villa was designed to highlight Maui's beauty rather than make a statement of its own. The trade
winds are welcomed through the 30 foot doors which open at both ends of the great hall. The living
space is not circumscribed by walls; the living space extends naturally out towards the tropical
courtyard reaching to the mountains on one side, and the sea on the other.
On the summer solstice the sun sets on the horizon in perfect alignment with the center axis of the villa.
