1. Hello Villa Alhambra Board of Directors,
As per the owners meeting, Maggie Uribarri (President) requested that all concerns,
comments and questions about Villa Alhambra be made to her and the Board in writing.
Below I have listed several requests made by the collective group of owners who
attended the owners meeting on December 21, 2011:
• Transfer of working capital contribution from the 2010 audit to reserves in the
amount of $56,588
• A review of Villa Alhambra finances with owners with Board
• Suspension of the hallway project
• Creation of committees
• Review of Engineer’s report
• More frequent and regular Board meetings
• Ample notice for all Board meetings, including email notification
Additionally, I am requesting a Board meeting before January 11, 2012 be scheduled
due to the immediate potential financial implications to Villa Alhambra and its unit
owners. I am formally requesting that all bulleted items above be included as Board
meeting agenda items. It is critical that we review these requests.
