In this letter I would like to tell you what Victoria Broadway has done for us.
My husband and I came to New Zealand in June 2008. In 2010 we got to know Victoria thru Heartland
immigrations, trying to restore wronged things in our immigrations status (done by mr Clarck from
clarck consulting Dunedin) and getting everything on the right track for us to be able to get our
residency.
When we first met up, we noticed in an instance she is professional in what she does. She was on time,
well prepared and eager to get the whole picture of the situation. She really knows how to keep a
balance between professional and letting emotions get thru, as sometimes these situations with
immigrations tend to get quite emotional for the client, as things don’t go as they had hoped. In all the
years we had to deal with immigrations for work visas, change of variations and residency she has been
there to help us achieve our goal! And she did. In april 2014 we gained residency, thanks to Victoria’s
skills and persistence.
Even after she stopped working as an immigrations adviser at Heartland immigrations, she kept helping
us with advice needed and a good family-friend of ours has now received his 3 year work visa thanks to
Victoria.
I’d like to take this opportunity to say that we are thankfull that we got to know Victoria! I would not
know what we would have done without her and her knowledge and skills. She is a true asset to any one
that requires her help. A kind loving, caring lady with a clear goal in life!
