Objective: To obtain a full-time position in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Electrical Hardware and Design.
Education: Graduation Date: May 2016
Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN
 Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering | Power Electronics and Energy Devices
 Certification in Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Semester Honors: Fall 2012, Fall 2013; Dean’s List: Fall 2012, Spring 2013, Fall 2013
GPA: 3.38 / 4.0
Relevant CourseworkElectromechanical Motion Devices, Power Electronics, Feedback Systems Analysis,
Digital System Design, Electronic Circuit Analysis and Design, Electric and Magnetic Fields.
Technical Proficiency:
 Software languages: C/C++, Python, MATLAB. 
 Technical Skills: Ladder Logic, Studio 5000 Logix Designer, P-spice (circuit design), Simulink, Altium Design
Simulator, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Google Sketch Up. 

Professional Experience:
Engineering Intern, Firmware Test | Rockwell Automation, Mequon WI [June 2015 – August 2015]
 Under the Firmware Test Engineering department, automated and developed tests to verify the correct functionality
of the phase loss detection feature as well as the travel limit feature of a variable frequency drive.
 Constructed the pre-charge test-stand and programmed the logix controller to evaluate the components’ stress under
power cycling conditions.
 Led 6 high school students in automating test cases, giving them an understanding of the functionality of a motor
drive and the implications of automation. 
Electrical Hardware Intern | GETRAG Automotive Transmissions, Germany [May 2014 – June 2014]
 Obtained hands on experience on the manufacturing of a transmission system. 
 Used an oscilloscope to measure and plot the rise and fall of the speed (RPM) of a running motor. 
 Program the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) of the 7 speed direct clutch automatic transmission system by
programming the Signal Converter (SICO2B) box to measure the speed of the e-motor using the three hall sensors;
then send the hall signals via CAN messages to the computer using INCA software by ETAS. 
 Test the programmed TCU on first one, then fifteen then thirty motors. 
 Make a detailed presentation of how the task was accomplished for instructional purposes 
Teaching Assistant | Physics Department, Purdue University [January 2014 – May 2014]
 Assist the instructor and guide students in class to understand the course material thoroughly 
 Guide students in class complete the assigned laboratory activities including coding in Python module. 
 Help students understand the practical implications of modern mechanics in the physical environment. 

Project Work:
 Senior Design: Currently in the process of designing a power amplifier as a part of the High- Fidelity USB Audio
Power Amplifier. The requirements are a minimum of 8W RMS power to 8Ω speakers with a maximum of 1%
second harmonic distortion and 0.2% third harmonic distortion. Also, enable the power amplifier to control the
volume, bass, treble and midrange of the audio output. 
 Currently conducting an experiment as a part of Electromagnetic Compatibility to demonstrate and minimize
ground noise voltage generated by a Transistor-Transistor Logic signal.
 Designed a Graphical User Interface in MATLAB to calculate the minimum number of containers incurring the
minimum cost in order to complete the assigned shipping process using first fit algorithm.

Extra-Curricular Activities:
Team Leader | Marketing Committee, AIESEC at Purdue University [August 2013 – May 2015]
 Led a team of five people to communicate with potential employers in the Greater Lafayette area to know if they
were interested in hiring interns from countries like Germany, Brazil and India.
Senator | Hilltop Apartments Council, Purdue University [August 2012 – May 2013]
 Organized events such as ice skating trips and basketball socials for 30 residents.
