Done M.Tech -Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Over 4.5 years of experience in process design and commissioning of chemical Industries. Currently working in Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd. Worked 1.5 years in Zen Adsorptions Pvt Ltd . as a process engineer and 2 years worked in MUSE Consultants PVT. LTD. as process engineer, Mumbai. Familiar with ASPEN PLUS simulator and Design codes(ASME & TEMA) to design Process Equipments. Execution of designed process by commissioning. Responsibilities undertaken: • Preparation of Design basis PFD’s by using Aspen Plus.. • Preparing P&ID and Calculating Line sizing, Pressure drop etc. • Sizing of process equipments(Distillation columns, Separators...
