1. MY HORSE RIDING

2. 1-MY FAVOURITE HOBBY
 I´ve got many hobbies like dancing, singing, playing
padel… but my favourite hobby is horse riding. I
started two years ago when I was ten years old. I
love it because the horses are my favourite animals.

3.  Since when I go horse riding, on saturdays; I usually
go at 17:30h, but the class starts at 18.00h. Before
the class I clean the horse. I stay there until 19:00h.
I spend one hour but the time flys because I enjoy
my time a lot. I usually go with my mum and my
sister, sometimes I go with my dad. Next summer
holidays I go with my friend Silvia. In summer
holidays we do a horse camp. In the horse camp we
enjoy a lot, because we start at 10:00h and we finish
at 12:30h. We do the camp in the outdoor arena.

5. 2-THE ROSTRIO CENTRE
 The Rostrio Centre is a beautifull riding centre,
near the sea. So the views are fantastic and located
near Santander, it´s only 15 or 20 minutes by car.
 The Center is run by the owner Jesús, but the
teacher is Marian. Jesús displayed lot of trophies,
when he was younger. The trophies are in his office.
Marian has won a lot of trophies too, but are about
“taming horses”. Jesus and Marian are married.

6.  Apart from Marian and Jesús there are two more
people working in the center ,Marta and Jaime,
they clean the children´s ponies and enjoy being
with children´s of six or seven years old.

7. 3-MY RIDING CLASS
 There about 25 acres of grassland to let the
riding school horses and ponies rest. After
the classes we sometimes take the horses
there.
 In the centre there are different activities
like. Group lessons, private lessons, schooling,
trekking and short riding excursions, children
´s pony rides.

8.  In my riding class we are about 10 children, in the
class there aren´t any adults. i´m in the advanced
class, in the advanced class we trot, canter, gallope
and jump, with your horse. My favourite activity is
jumping, because is very exciting.

10. 4-MY HORSE
 My horse is Grafita, it´s black and her hair is
very shiny. It is very tall and thin, and it´s got
short hair. It´s in the category of “Spanish
Horse”, because it´s got a long neck.
 I very much galloping with my horse, because
you go very fast. Apart from me, Mireia also
rides Grafita, on thursdays and sometimes on
tuesdays.

11.  Grafita come to the Rostrio when it was one year
old, but I have started to ride it this year. Before
Grafita could only gallop in the grass alone, nobody
could ride her. But now as she is older we can ride
her. I love Grafita because it is very beautiful
animal; it´s got a sweet temper and it´s very fast.
