Meet Val:
I have been a licensed broker since 1985 in Massachusetts and NH and am currently the managing broker for Bean Group’s Newburyport , MA office since 2011.
As a North Shore native I have represented hundreds of home sellers and buyers throughout the Greater Newburyport area and Southern NH. After earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising in
Miami, FL I returned to my hometown of Gloucester, MA. Currently I reside in Haverhill, MA with my husband Kevin and son Taylor.
I ventured into the real estate business and immediately fell in love with it! Having worked with the public in both the retail and hospitality industries I realized that real estate was what I was meant to do.

  • 2. Meet Val: I have been a licensed broker since 1985 in Massachusetts and NH and am currently the managing broker for Bean Group’s Newburyport , MA office since 2011. As a North Shore native I have represented hundreds of home sellers and buyers throughout the Greater Newburyport area and Southern NH. After earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising in Miami, FL I returned to my hometown of Gloucester, MA. Currently I reside in Haverhill, MA with my husband Kevin and son Taylor. I ventured into the real estate business and immediately fell in love with it! Having worked with the public in both the retail and hospitality industries I realized that real estate was what I was meant to do. Building strong and trusting client relationships is my forte. My negotiating and problem solving skills come with a whim of tenacity and creativity.
