- The Zero Fatalities program aims to reduce fatalities and serious injuries by modifying driver behaviors through TV, online and print advertising and community presentations.
- The Don't Drive Stupid program reaches out to high school students through in-school presentations and assemblies, with over 15,000 students reached last year. The program aims to expand to more schools.

Tactics:
• Conduct TV, online and print advertising efforts that alter driver
behavior to avoid the top behaviors on Utah’s roads.
• Conduct presentations and educational activities at community
events.
Planning for next year: Create new TV, radio and online media to increase the exposure and
impact of the Zero Fatalities message. Educate other traffic safety advocates on the Zero
Fatalities message so they can be ambassadors of the program, carrying it into their
communities.
