User experience researchers are paid a fully loaded salary of $75 per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of $120,000 burdened at 30% for benefits, insurance, and other costs of employment.

The organization runs benchmark studies every other month for each product. The organization would need to turn to a third party to conduct benchmarking at an estimated cost of $20,000 per benchmark. Running a benchmark study in UserZoom takes the same amount of time (50 hours) as any other average study for internal researchers. These researchers now have enough bandwidth to take on these studies thanks to productivity improvements realized from UserZoom. Researchers are paid a fully loaded salary of $75 per hour.
