Greetings to our clients, project teams, advisory board members, strategic partners, colleagues,
friends, and family. It is a new day, new month, new quarter, and new year. May each be as
prosperous and filled with happiness as the next.
2022. We understand and are attentive to the needs and challenges presented by the ongoing
pandemic, current health concern, inclement weather impacts, political climate, economic ebbs
and flows. We are confident that we will get there together by putting mobility first.
What is Mobility? Mobility is the ability to move, to be moved easily, and to move freely from one
position, situation, or level in society to another usually a better one. Mobilizing prepares for
oncoming stress, pain points, and expected work.
Today's challenges are many and having current insights on how our and your resources are being
distributed equitably is imperative to sustaining the vitality of good leadership and community
impact. Good leaders seek the best of management systems. As we approach a plateau in our
entity infrastructure, service, and product development, we can celebrate our ability to meet
client care and service challenges in three key areas, as listed below.
• Affordability: We provide tiered service by entity size, stage, and a planned scale.

that promote work and life balance.
• Digital Literacy: We foster applicable skill sets that work in a society of digital technologies.
First things first. We are looking to management systems that are mobile device ready. Shopping
is mobile. Communication is mobile. The sales process is mobile. The service delivery is mobile.
The #powerofnext Mobile Store Shopping Tour presents a vehicle to which we can bring product
manufacturing and distribution in-house. It also presents a new opportunity to provide a mobile
presence and/or on-site services. We are developing a brick and mortar prototype, along with a
prototype mobile store vehicle dispatch. We have established an ideal list of capital expenditures,
application development, and hardware technology upgrades pertinent to this vision, to our
growth markets and to the next decade of research and development for our firm.
We have not yet begun to operate at 100% or to tap into the entirety of our entities capacity to
earn on our behalf. It is our desire to increase revenue exponentially, increase working capital,
and increase brand visibility in the next 5 years by a multiple of 5. As bootstrapping Owners, we
will be shifting to raising financial capital activities to allow new managers to share in client care,
team coordination and production activities. Don’t be surprised to see new faces with our
branded uniforms.
