Business Operations
1. What does your Owner’s Agreement include and cover? Did you participate in the
drafting of it?
2. What will your Business Operating Manual include? What kind of processes?
3. What kind of contracts are needed to conduct business fairly? Employee, Vendor,
Supplier, Client, Customer, etc.
4. What are the risks associated with my business model, product, or service?

1. Do you need non-disclosures, non-competes, copyrights, trademarks, and
intellectual property protection?
