understand if there is a correlation between team success and

About the Study
For each of 11 common unified communication and collaboration functions, we asked respondent to tell us if they:
• Have it and use it
• Have it but don’t use
• Don’t have it
Then we asked them to tell us if their virtual teams’ contributions to the business are:
 Very successful (our benchmark cohort)
 Reasonably successful
 So-so
 Not very successful
 Not at all successful
N=137 people from 8 countries in North America and Europe
Study was conducted by Unify via email/online response
